We handle the coordination between the builder and the equipment suppliers, make sure the right equipment gets to site when needed, monitor what is on rent, review supplier invoices for errors, and provide clear customer billing and reporting.
Once a request is submitted, we confirm the details, source the best supplier, and coordinate delivery to site. During the rental, we act as the single point of contact, managing changes, service, issues, and pickups. If anything goes wrong, we handle it.
We review all supplier invoices and provide one clear, consolidated invoice with detailed reporting. Our monthly Rental Cost Control Reports give full visibility into active rentals, flag equipment kept longer than needed and identify cost-saving opportunities.
